A recipe for global success? Potentially.

Things are bubbling along nicely though.

Two Teaspoons was set up by Becky Beasley in 2012 and has been nurturing the culinary talents of the younger members of society, and providing catering services to individuals and businesses, ever since.

Becky can’t really remember a time when cooking hasn’t been a major part of her life. It was after university, when she worked for Fresh & Wild (now Whole Foods Market), the organic grocers, that her love of food developed into something more life-changing.

At the time she was also running art workshops for children, so the two worlds merged together and Two Teaspoons was born. Many classes and lots of washing up later (having two boys who are expert washer uppers has helped no end) the idea and passion is still going strong.

Today, there are more classes than ever – getting little ones into the kitchen for the first time and helping young adults avoid a diet of only beans on toast at university.

Add to this catering for 11 nursery schools in London and the south east, charity events for The Wimbledon Guild, parties for all ages and teaching various classes in schools, the stove’s never been busier.
